I installed the bumper. It went fairly smooth with a couple of issues to figure out. After speaking with Trailready, apparently I have the very first Trailready Winch bumper for a 2015 Chevrolet 3500. Since I was the test subject, the instructions were not up to date for my application. Good thing I can figure things out.

I have bounced around ideas in my head. I think a Samurai would be a great start. I have also thought about finding a cheap 4we 4 wheeler to scavenge the drive train from.
