I installed the bumper. It went fairly smooth with a couple of issues to figure out. After speaking with Trailready, apparently I have the very first Trailready Winch bumper for a 2015 Chevrolet 3500. Since I was the test subject, the instructions were not up to date for my application. Good thing I can figure things out.

I removed the stock bumper in this order:
    1) Remove all of the plastic pop rivets securing the plastic shield above the grill (under the hood).
    2) Remove the 4 bolts securing the top of the grill.
    3) Use firm, but controlled pulling to pop the grill out of its clips along the front of the truck.
    4) Now you have access to the bolts securing the bumper from the top. Remove 4 from the top and 2 from the bottom.
    5) Disconnect the wiring under the bumper, which is a single plug on vehicles equipped with front fog lights and park sensors.
    6) The entire bumper will slide off pulling from the front.

I had challenge to be addressed before I could bolt up the new bumper. I wanted to reuse my factory fog lamps, but the factory mount is very different from the universal Trailready mount included with the bumper. So I had to improvise. I cut the factory fog light out of its plastic enclosure and used a sleeve as a spacer to bolt it to the Trailready mount. It turned out better than i was expecting.

Now it was just a matter of zip tieing the factory park sensors into the Trailready supplied mounts behind the bumper, plugging in the wiring harness for the sensors and fog lights, and getting my neighbor to hold the bumper in place while I start the bolts.
